  • Like a lot of other marketing people, The Anatomy of Buzz by Emanuel Rosen was one of the first marketing books that really summarized where authentic, word of mouth marketing was going. At the time, I was working on a brand that definitely had the potential for buzz and this book helped me understand that potential and explain it to others. I haven't read his new book yet, but I will. Here is an interview with Emanuel that Ben McConnell did for the Church of the Customer blog.
